Vendors

The Colwood Farmers' Market's encourages organic and local consumption wherever possible. We strive to make a difference to our community and planet.

Previous Vendors
If you were a vendor at the 2009 market and you wish to be a part of the 2010 market, please send a note or an email to the Market Manager indicating your interest in the spring of 2010. You do not need to be re-reviewed for 2010.

New Vendors
New Vendors must be reviewed. We will start accepting applications for new vendors in April 2010. If you have not sold at the Colwood Farmers' Market before, please fill out the online Vendor Application Form.

Before submitting your application, please read the Policies and Procedures Manual.

We will contact you in the spring to schedule a review.

Food vendors must contact Maxine Marchenski at VIHA for health approval on all prepared foods. This doesn't include raw vegetables but does include any prepared foods, eggs, dairy products or meat that will be sold for consumption. She can be reached at:

Here is a link to the online forms to fill out for approval from VIHA (Note: the actual form is on pp. 13 and 14 of this pdf file).

Please note: VIHA approval must be granted before you can sell at the Market. Approval is given fairly quickly, but VIHA is a busy place, so please apply ASAP.
