The City of Colwood is looking at the big picture when planning the future of our 'green learning city'. Read the report on three important meetings to discuss 'genuine wealth' with economist and author, Mark Anielski and the background work distilled from the 2008 CRD Happiness Index Survey.
E-mail info@colwoodcommunityplace.ca for more info. Thank you to everyone who helped make 2009 a great market year in our new Juan de Fuca Rec Centre location.
Over 6,000 people visited our GO LOCAL food, craft and green living destination over the 2009 season. We brought community together in a beautiful spot, shared songs, smiles, friendly conversation and the flavourful enjoyment of delicious locally grown foods.
We learned a lot in the market's first year at JDF, and our team is looking forward to working together with you to make next year's market even bigger and better in celebration of Colwood's Silver Jubilee in 2010.
